Worship leaders face a unique and delicate challenge each week combining the freshest, new praise and worship songs with the great hymns of the faith. Beyond creating stylistic and thematic connection, ministers desire music that connects with the congregation and actively engages them in the worship experience. Phil Barfoot and Lari Goss created Rise Up and Praise Him with the help of Ministers of Music all across America. Their input resulted in this choir-led, congregation-friendly collection.

These arrangements utilize the choir and praise team (both or either) as worship leaders, inviting the congregation to become true worship participants. In addition, the Worship Options in the back of the book allow you to 'cut and paste' the arrangements in a variety of ways. Lari's fully orchestrated arrangements also work with rhythm section only or rhythm and praise band alone. This flexible collection will facilitate and encourage Christ-centered, dynamic worship in your church
