For 25 years, pianist Anthony Burger thrilled and exalted audiences with his astonishing command of the piano. A child prodigy who, at age 17, was named one of the top five pianists in gospel music, Anthony devoted his life to uplifting God through his incredible talent. Anthony’s remarkable legacy lives through the music he gave the world. Now Spring Hill Music Group and Anthony Burger Productions have collaborated on a collection of Anthony’s most beloved performances, Masterpiece and More including “The Theme from Exodus,” “Great Is Thy Faithfulness,” Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue” and “The Hallelujah Chorus.” Gifted with some of the most talented hands in music, he could have commanded concert halls worldwide, but he chose gospel music. Anthony summed up his own life by saying, “I am a simple man, with a majestic instrument and the power of God behind me.” That’s the life he lived. That’s the life he loved, and that’s the legacy he leaves.
