Our goal is to process your order within 3 business days of when you placed it. Most orders can be processed and shipped out before 3 business days, but we are committed to having your order filled and shipped within a maximum of 3 business days. For UPS Next Day or Second Day Delivery, orders must be received by 1:00 p.m. MST to be shipped on the day of your order.

US Post - First Class Mail

STANDARD Shipping:  First Class Mail is provided by the United States Postal Service. Delivery is within the United States and usually takes 4-8 business days to arrive. APO / FPO addresses can use this service. This method is very popular as it has a short delivery time and a low cost. No tracking is available when shipping via First Class Mail. There is a weight limit of 13 ounces for this method. If the order is over that weight, it will be sent via Priority Mail. We suggest you use this method when ordering 1 or 2 CDs.

US Post - Priority Mail

STANDARD Shipping:  Priority Mail is provided by the United States Postal Service. Delivery is within the United States and usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive. APO / FPO addresses can use this service. This method is very popular as it has a short delivery time and a low cost. No tracking is available when shipping via Priority Mail.

US Post - Economy/Book Rate/Media Mail

ECONOMY Shipping:  Book Rate Mail (sometimes called Standard Special Rate Mail) is provided by the United States Postal Service. Delivery is within the United States and usually takes 2-4 weeks days to arrive. APO / FPO addresses can use this service. This is the least expensive method of shipping, but it takes the longest to arrive. No tracking is available when shipping via Book Rate Mail.

US Post - International Priority AirMail

STANDARD Shipping:  International Priority AirMail is provided by the United States Postal Service. Delivery is outside the United States and takes 4-6 weeks to arrive. This service is available to all countries. No tracking is available when shipping via International Priority AirMail. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes or tariffs imposed by the destination country. These are charges that are sometimes levied for receipt of a package in a foreign country. These type of charges would occur in your country when you receive your order. In addition, brokerage charges may also be applied to your order, and these charges would also occur when the order is delivered to you.

EXPRESS Shipping:  Next Day Air is provided by the United Parcel Service. Delivery is within the United States and takes 1 business day to arrive. Orders must be received by 1:00 p.m. MST for same-day shipping. You will receive your order by 10:30am the next business day. Package tracking for this shipping method is available. Street addresses are needed for delivery, addresses with PO Box only are not acceptable and may result in delays. This is our fastest method of delivery, and most expensive.

UPS - 2nd Day Air

EXPRESS Shipping:  2nd Day Air is provided by the United Parcel Service. Delivery is within the United States and takes 2 business days to arrive. Orders must be received by 1:00 p.m. for same-day shipping. You will receive your order by the end of the day on the 2nd business day. Package tracking for this shipping method is available. Street addresses are needed for delivery, addresses with PO Box only are not acceptable and may result in delays. This is an affordable option if you need it within 2 days.

Delivery is within the United States and usually takes 4-6 business days to arrive. Package tracking for this shipping method is available. Shipping Part of an Order vs. Shipping Entire Order


Partial Shipping Order

You can request for us to partial ship your order. This may be necessary if you have more than one (1) item and not all of the items are available to be shipped. (The reason that an item may not be available are: it may be a pre-order or it may be back-ordered).

To request that we partial ship your order, we have provided a check box on the order form. The Partial Ship check box asks whether you would like to have the order partially shipped. If so, then check that box.

Please note that extra shipping charges will apply. Unless you request otherwise, your additional shipment(s) will be sent by the same shipping method as the first and you will be charged only the cost of actual postage of the shipment, with no additional handling charges. (If the reduced weight of your first shipment results in lower shipping charges, these costs will be adjusted.) You may request a change in the shipping method for either of the shipments. Please note that we are not able to partial ship foreign orders.

Shipping Entire Order

Our normal procedure is to hold the entire order until all items are available to be shipped. This method will minimize the shipping costs.

To request that we ship your entire order, make sure the Partial Ship check box on the order form is NOT checked.
